Field Service Engineer (all genders)

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another technical discipline
• 2+ years of experience in the semiconductor, chemical or other manufacturing setting is an advantage
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to interpret technical documentation
• Experience in performing preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and documenting service activities
• Committed to quality, safety, and following established procedures and escalation processes
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to work independently and remotely; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
• Physically able to perform the essential duties of the role, including lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
• ISO 9000/9001 awareness or knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes is an advantage; A valid passport and driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 36 months) are required
