Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- - Open to Arabic Speakers, Male, 48 years old and below
- - Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, or a related field; MBA preferred, with a minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience within GCC women’s fashion retail brands.
- - Strong knowledge of the GCC retail market and customer behavior, with a proven track record of driving profitability, business growth, and team performance.
- - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage teams and deliver commercial objectives.
