Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- You have successfully completed your university studies in the fields of Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, or Law.
- You have many years of relevant professional experience in strategic and strategic HR tasks, including managing international projects.
- You have several years of experience as a Global HR BP and in People & Leadership Development and possess extensive expertise and experience in other HR disciplines such as Compensation & Benefits, Recruiting, and Labor Law.
- Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in a consulting firm.
- In close collaboration with international management teams, you have developed and successfully implemented global HR initiatives.
- You have extensive international experience in a matrix-driven environment and impress with your proven ability to develop and successfully implement strategies and concepts.
