Key Highlights
- Support the development and execution of global medical strategies, medical narratives, and strategic imperatives across the Ascendis Pharma portfolio.
- Generate and communicate medical insights related to disease areas, treatment landscapes, competitive developments, and unmet patient needs.
- Support global medical education initiatives, congress activities, advisory boards, and engagement with key external stakeholders, including KOLs, patient advocacy groups, and medical societies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support evidence generation activities, including real-world evidence, observational studies, and Phase IV programs.
- Partner closely with local medical teams to ensure alignment and execution of global medical strategies and tactics.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience interpreting, communicating, and applying clinical data in a scientific and strategic context.
- Experience working within endocrinology, rare diseases, or other specialized therapeutic areas.
- Solid understanding of Medical Affairs, drug development processes, and global pharmaceutical compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to build trusted partnerships and work effectively in a complex global matrix organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders.
