<p style=text-align:center><span style=font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif><strong><span style=font-size:14pt>Tactical Air Support Inc.</span></strong></span></p><p style=text-align:center><span style=font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif><strong><span style=font-size:14pt>Configuration Manager </span><br><span style=font-size:12pt>Jacksonville, FL</span></strong></span></p><p style=text-align:center><span style=font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:12pt><strong>Salary range: </strong></span><strong><span style=font-family:arial,sans-serif; font-size:12pt>$110,000 - $135,000, DOE</span></strong></p><p><span style=font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt><strong>Summary</strong></span></p><p><span style=font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt>Tactical Air Support (TAS) is seeking a Configuration Manager to serve as the enterprise leader responsible for establishing and maintaining configuration management (CM) processes that ensure integrity, traceability, and control of product data throughout the entire lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance with aerospace regulatory standards, contract compliance, and ensuring alignment across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program management.</span></p><p><span style=font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt>This position will communicate and collaborate with aircraft maintenance, pilots, engineering team members, and program management. The Configuration Manager will report to the VP of Engineering and Technology.</span></p><p><span style=font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul class=in2><li><span style=font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt>Develop, implement, and maintain CM plans and procedures in compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100, EIA-649).</span></li><li><span style=font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt>Control and manage product baselines.</span></li><li><span style=font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt>Lead and coordinate Change Control Boards, including review, approval, and implementation of engineering changes.</span></li><li><span style=font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt>Ensure accurate documentation, version control, and release of drawings, specifications, and technical data packages.</span></li><li><span style=font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt>Maintain traceability of requirements, parts, assemblies, and system configurations.</span></li><li><span style=font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt>Manage configuration audits (FCAs, PCAs)</span></li><li><span style=font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt>Support customer and regulatory audits, including FAA, DoD, and other regulatory authorities as applicable</span></li><li><span style=font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt>Regular travel to various work sites throughout the U.S. may be required and ability to support detachments as assigned</span></li></ul><p><span style=font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt><strong>Requirements</strong></span></p><ul class=in2><li><span style=font-family:arial,sans-serif; font-size:10pt>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Systems Engineering or related technical field, advanced degree preferred.</span></li><li><span style=font-family:arial,sans-serif; font-size:10pt>Five (5+) years of CM experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing environments.</span></li><li><span style=font-family:arial,sans-serif; font-size:10pt>Strong knowledge of configuration management principles and standards (EIA-649, MIL-HDBK-61, AS9100).</span></li><li><span style=font-family:arial,sans-serif; font-size:10pt>Strong knowledge and experience with engineering software tools like CAD and SolidWorks PDM.</span></li><li><span style=font-family:arial,sans-serif; font-size:10pt>Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.</span></li><li><span style=font-family:arial,sans-serif; font-size:10pt>Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</span></li><li><span style=font-family:arial,sans-serif; font-size:10pt>Eligible for U.S. government security clearance; current Secret clearance preferred.</span></li><li><span style=font-family:arial,sans-serif; font-size:10pt>Must be lawfully eligible to work in the United States, complete a U.S. government I-9 form, and successfully pass a government background check.</span></li></ul><p><span style=font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt><strong>Work Authorization</strong></span></p><ul class=in2><li><span style=font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt>Must be lawfully eligible to work in the United States and complete a U.S. government I-9 Form</span></li><li><span style=font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt>Pre-employment, random, or for cause drug/alcohol testing (including marijuana) required</span></li><li><span style=font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt>Occasional aircraft hangar or warehouse environment with exposure to loud noises, fumes from engines and chemicals, unpredictable climate (hot/cold), and electrical shock, or trip or slip hazards.</span></li><li><span style=font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt>May be exposed to or required to handle hazardous materials</span></li></ul><p><span style=font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:10pt><strong>Tactical Air Support is an EEO/AA/DEI/Disabled/Veterans Employer</strong></span></p><p style=text-align:justify><span style=font-family:arial,sans-serif; font-size:9.0pt>I understand that if an offer of employment is made, I may be required to undergo investigation into all statements and references contained in this application.
