Key Highlights
- Develop, implement, and maintain CM plans and procedures in compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100, EIA-649).
- Control and manage product baselines.
- Lead and coordinate Change Control Boards, including review, approval, and implementation of engineering changes.
- Ensure accurate documentation, version control, and release of drawings, specifications, and technical data packages.
- Maintain traceability of requirements, parts, assemblies, and system configurations.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Systems Engineering or related technical field, advanced degree preferred.
- Five (5+) years of CM experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of configuration management principles and standards (EIA-649, MIL-HDBK-61, AS9100).
- Strong knowledge and experience with engineering software tools like CAD and SolidWorks PDM.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Eligible for U.S. government security clearance; current Secret clearance preferred.
- Must be lawfully eligible to work in the United States, complete a U.S. government I-9 form, and successfully pass a government background check.
