GOglobal Finance Trainee (all genders)

Required Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Finance/Business Studies or Industrial Engineering/ Business Informatics with a focus on Corporate Finance, Accounting or Controlling with outstanding academic performance.
• Up to 2 years of hands-on Finance experience (Accounting or Financial Controlling) obtained through international assignments or Working Student roles. Strong candidates with domestic experience plus significant international academic exposure (e.g., study abroad) are equally encouraged to apply.
• Sound financial knowledge and analytical skills.
• High proficiency with digital tools and willingness to embrace new technologies; prior touchpoints to Finance digitization, data science and/or business intelligence are a plus.
• Profound knowledge of MS Office; SAP, TM-1 and Tableau skills are a plus.
• Fluency in Business English, plus a second language.
• High learning agility and curiosity to problem solving. Team-player with strong presentation, communication, and networking skills.
• Extracurricular activities are a plus.
