Job Description
Job Summary: The Shipping & Receiving Manageroversees all inbound and outbound logistics operations within an FAA Part 145 Repair Station, ensuring aircraft parts, materials, and tooling are received,
Key Highlights
- Supervise, train, and develop shipping and receiving personnel, including coordinators, clerks, and warehouse staff.
- Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to FAA, OSHA, and company standards.
- Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee all inbound and outbound shipments of aircraft parts, components, tooling, and materials.
- Ensure proper inspection, verification, and routing of incoming items in accordance with FAA Part 145 requirements.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) preferred — or willingness to obtain if required.
