Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- ? Male; 38 years old below, with Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with minimum 5+ years of hands-on MEP construction/site execution experience.
- ? Mandatory experience in multi-storey residential/apartment building projects of G+4 and above, preferably having completed at least two project through testing, commissioning and handover.
- ? Must have strong practical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage and firefighting systems, including coordination with civil, structural and architectural works.
- ? Must come from a building construction/main contractor, residential developer or MEP contractor environment.
