- Doctoral degree in Emergency and Disaster Mgmt or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution is required.
- Five or more years of experience in an Emergency and Disastert Mgmt field is required.

- Demonstrated proficiency in English and Spanish with the ability to convey complex information clearly and accurately across diverse audiences.
