About Clad Clad is construction management software purpose-built for infrastructure. We help contractors scale by automating their back office. The world is rebuilding its internet and power infrastr
Key Highlights
- Identify and qualify new opportunities [75%] - you will own account research, cold calling, and other outbound strategies to rapidly scale our first AI-native product, Clad Locates.
- Support Clad outbound [25%] - you will help prepare for conferences, organize events, and help test hypotheses for new outbound channels (e.g., field sales, content marketing, referrals)
- Close deals [variable, as you ramp] - you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a full-stack sales role for Locates, closing the deals you source directly!
- Drive & Agency - You are motivated to push through challenging or difficult tasks, and don’t give up in the face of rejection or boredom. You are a true self-starter and are hungry to creatively solve problems, even when there’s no clear answer.
- Quick to call - You can quickly build empathy with people in construction. For our customers, this is going to involve a lot of phone calls.
