Job Description

Key Highlights
- Defining and driving the resource management process across the full project lifecycle including owning process documentation (flows, SOPs, training materials, etc.)
- Leading change management ensuring process integration and user adoption in cooperation with internal stakeholders
- Ensuring alignment with business strategy, compliance requirements, and system capabilities including collaborating with IT to align D365PO functionality with business needs.
- Driving continuous improvement by monitoring KPIs (e.g. utilization, forecast accuracy) and optimizing processes
- Overseeing daily execution and resolve escalated process issues.

- Strategic and business‑oriented, with the ability to align process design with organizational objectives
- Driven by continuous improvement, consistently seeking to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness
- A skilled change leader, capable of engaging stakeholders and driving adoption of new processes and tools
- Highly collaborative, working effectively across functions to align priorities and ensure integrated ways of working
- Analytical and system‑savvy, using data and a solid understanding of ERP capabilities to inform decisions and translate business needs into system solutions
