Operating with limited oversight and broad organizational scope, you architect systems, set technical direction, and drive engineering standards across teams. This role helps shape the technology foundation behind arrivia , a leader in travel loyalty, membership, and cruise solutions, powering travel for millions of members. You will make high-impact architectural and strategic decisions that shape the platform's foundation, weighing innovation, risk, scalability, and business impact. You lead by example, mentoring engineers across teams and influencing technology investment decisions. You will shape how the whole organization adopts agentic development, defining the patterns, prompt libraries, and MCP integrations that multiply every engineer's impact, using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.
