Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Your main responsibilities include:
- • Take ownership of defined product or technology areas, driving design, compliance and development from concept through production readiness
- • Proactively track new regulations and translate international standards into product-specific compliance requirements
- • Serve as the go-to person for global and regional compliance, managing Documents of Compliance and Technical Construction Files
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product transfer across the value chain
- • Mentor fellow engineers, foster knowledge-sharing, and build compliance capabilities within the R&D function
- • Provide strategic input to the product development roadmap and drive compliance tasks within the task handling program
Preferred Qualifications
- • Experience in large-scale manufacturing, preferably in pump technology or fluid handling
- • Track record of mentoring junior engineers and building team capabilities
- • Experience contributing to technology roadmaps and long-term product strategy
