• Drive Go-To-Market (GTM) Excellence: Proactively partner with Sales and other GTM leaders to drive regional services bookings, proactively training partners to sell your team’s unique expertise as well as supporting strategic account expansion.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Assume full accountability for your team’s fiscal health, ensuring the team meets or exceeds performance targets (KPIs) while maintaining consistent data accuracy in PSA tool(s) and every team member has visibility into their performance.
• Lead Your Team Through the AI Pivot: Operationalize the transition to an AI-Native PS model, modernizing tools and methodologies to shift your team’s focus toward higher-value strategic activities.
