- Running our paid social engine end-to-end: budget, setup, monitoring, deriving next actions
- Deciding what to scale, what to kill, and where to make variations of winning concepts
- Building the reporting and attribution so we always know what's actually driving growth
- Feeding creative insight back to the team: which hooks, formats, and angles convert
- Owning the decisions on when to 2x, 3x, 5x the budget to find the limits to our growth
