Key Highlights
- Manages employees performing business management activities in the area of Program Management
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
- 1+ year of experience leading cross-functional teams
- Experience in preparing and presenting executive level briefings

- 1+ year of experience leading cross-functional teams
- Experience in preparing and presenting executive level briefings
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or Physics
- Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience working on special access programs
- Experience with early phase development programs through System Requirements Review (SRR) and Preliminary Design Review (PDR)
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
