- Work with customers to improve engineering and product-data processes
- Design practical solutions to business and engineering problems
- Lead or contribute to PLM and digital transformation projects
- Participate in solution architecture and process design
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. Mechanical, information systems, technology, or similar), or relevant professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:EngineeringProduct development or designPLMDigital engineeringDigital transformationEngineering systems or enterprise applicationsEngineering/project management
- Engineering
- Product development or design
- PLM
- Digital engineering
- Digital transformation
- Engineering systems or enterprise applications
- Engineering/project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You may have worked as a PLM user, key user, administrator, engineering manager, project lead or in another role where you have been exposed to PLM and engineering processes.
- Experience with Siemens Teamcenter
- Experience with PLM processes or systems
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering-intensive industries
- Experience leading projects or workstreams
- Experience with process improvement or digital transformation
- Experience working directly with customers
