Key Highlights
- Plan and execute deployment schedules for MOM/PDM/ERP subsystems across program sites
- Coordinate cross?functional fusion teams, vendors, and system integrators to meet milestones and deliverables
- Define and manage project scope, risks, issues, and change control processes
- Facilitate requirements handoffs, integration points, acceptance testing, cutover planning, and post?go?live support
- Ensure data quality, traceability, and compliance with data governance standards during migration
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working in an environment with competing and changing priorities
- 5+ years of experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, involving key stakeholder relationship management
- 5+ years of experience project management for both small and large projects
- 1+ years of experience in change management as it relates to culture change
- Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years
- 10+ or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Experience in data migration practices, data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
- Experience with integration patterns, middleware, and common data/tools used in MOM/PDM/ERP projects
- Experience using MOM
- Experience with PDM
- Experience in finance or ERP system implementations
