Job Description

Location: Remote – US BasedRemote | Full-timeCompensation: $100K – $150KWe are hiring on behalf of our client who is building the infrastructure layer for the next generation of global payments. Cross

Key Highlights

  • Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Lead deals from prospecting and qualification through commercial negotiation, closing, and post-sale implementation planning.
  • Pipeline Generation: Leverage an existing network within the US fintech and payments ecosystem to generate and manage a robust book of business.
  • Technical Discovery: Engage prospects at an architectural level regarding payment rails, integration models, compliance frameworks, and treasury operations.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with internal architects, compliance, and product teams to develop client-specific proposals that are technically feasible and regulatorily sound.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Structure pricing, contracts, and partnership terms that align with both client objectives and the organization’s business framework.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience specifically within payments, fintech, or banking infrastructure.
  • Proven Track Record: A demonstrable history of hitting and exceeding quotas on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Hunter Mentality: Proactive drive to find and win new business, taking genuine ownership of pipeline generation.
  • Industry Network: A strong, active US-based network in the fintech, PSP, and payments infrastructure space to generate immediate opportunities.
  • Domain Expertise: Solid working knowledge of global payment rails (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, FPS, RTP), API-driven integrations, and compliance frameworks (AML/KYC).
  • Operational Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by a fast-moving “builder” environment rather than managing established processes.
  • Communication: Exceptional executive presence with the ability to maintain technical credibility in detailed product discussions.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience with stablecoins, embedded finance, or global settlement networks is highly advantageous.
