Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Have a bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, or social media management.
- High proficiency and hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, CapCut) is a big plus.
- Experience with B2B marketing or professional services (accounting, finance, legal, consulting) is a big plus.
- Experience with marketing software/platforms (e.g., Canva, Semrush, Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Native or professional proficiency in Turkish, combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Business English (Fluent) – All interviews will be conducted in English!
- Have a strong eye for design, layout, brand consistency, and visual presentation.
- Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and an analytical mindset to review performance data and suggest improvements.
- High flexibility in working hours to align with US operations, global team schedules, and dynamic campaign launch timelines.
- Location: Home office
- Work hours will be based on US TIME ZONES (Eastern Time)
- Travelling might be required.
