Key Highlights
- Identify and research potential customers across target industries and markets
- Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline through outbound and inbound channels
- Conduct account and market research to identify relevant prospects and business opportunities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, databases, online research, campaigns, and other channels
- Initiate contact with prospects through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other appropriate channels
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, B2B Sales, or a related role
- MBA/PGDM or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Experience in B2B sales or technology sales is preferred
- Strong understanding of lead generation and prospecting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong research and prospect identification skills
- Experience using LinkedIn and CRM tools for prospecting and lead management
- Ability to understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities
- Comfortable working with targets and measurable KPIs
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace
- Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, ERP, IT services, or technology products is an advantage
