Job Description
Join a pioneering Software Integration Team supporting F-35 and ADP Skunkworks Mission Systems. As a Software Integration Tech Lead, you will drive the technology development lifecycle, influence architectural direction, and lead a high-performing team delivering mission-critical software solutions in aerospace and defense. Work with advanced aircraft flight software, simulated mission systems, and integrated lab environments. Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited institution (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 6 years of C++ programming experience.
- At least 4 years of Python programming experience.
- 6+ years working with Linux environments.
- 3+ years of hardware troubleshooting and integration.
- 6+ years of software debugging experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance; work onsite at a secure facility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with software integration and system-level testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Knowledge of aircraft or mission system software development cycles.
- Exposure to simulated environments and hardware-in-the-loop testing.
