Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in legal technology, legal operations, enterprise customer success, or a combination thereof — with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of law firm operations, legal department workflows, and the current state of AI adoption in the legal industry — you can have a peer-level conversation with a firm’s Managing Partner, CIO, or Chief Innovation Officer
- Demonstrated track record of owning and growing a book of business in a B2B SaaS or legal technology environment, including direct accountability for renewal and expansion outcomes
- Experience building or leading customer success, professional services, or client advisory teams in enterprise technology
- Strong executive presence and communication skills — you are as comfortable presenting to a firm’s Management Committee as you are workshopping an adoption roadmap with a legal technology manager
- JD or equivalent legal industry experience preferred. Prior law firm practice, legal operations leadership, or legal technology experience working with AmLaw 200 firms or large legal departments is a significant advantage
- Familiarity with document management systems, legal AI platforms, and the broader LegalTech ecosystem
- Ability to travel up to 30% to client sites, conferences, and internal team meetings.
