Key Highlights

Lead execution of strategic projects that deliver measurable business value and ensure continuity across the portfolio
Conduct high-level studies and analysis (trend, variance, impact) to determine scope, risks, and constraints involving product development, process improvement, and program initiatives
Identify risk and opportunity potential; develop mitigation planning and refine business cases
Define, scope, and deliver portfolio special projects, often with minimal direction
Manage change management processes; communicate decisions and best practices to stakeholders

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree required (Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field)
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, program/project management, or business operations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and business workflow systems
Ability to work across various global time zones to facilitate internal teams and customers
Ability to travel up to 35%
7 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Masters degree or MBA
Experience leveraging AI to improve products and streamline workflows
