Key Highlights
- Maintenance Engineering support for Assembly processes, as well as existing trans/axlre areas on an as-needed basis.
- Review station level drawings and BOM’s, developing recommended spare parts lists.
- Development and Implementation of Preventative Maintenance procedures on existing and future equipment
- Daily Troubleshooting assistance for tooling and equipment breakdowns.
- Develop and Implement tooling for product changes
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering Technology
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- High level of analytical ability where problems are complex
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
- Proficient with PC hardware and commercially available software (i.e. Windows, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications
- Min 3 years manufacturing experience in an assembly environment
- At least one year project management or supervisory experience
- Proficiency with AutoCad LT
- Familiar with pressing operations, including both Kistler and Promess hardware
- Experience programming and troubleshooting torque tooling
