Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Several years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing technology, ideally in a digital, e-commerce, or travel environment.
- Experience of developing and executing data-driven CRM strategies that increae customer engagement, retention, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.
- Hands-on experience managing email marketing programs e2e, including campaign execution, automation, deliverability, segmentation, personalization, and performance optimization.
- Expertise with CRM, marketing automation, CDP, and customer data platforms, combined with the ability to evaluate, implement, and scale new MarTech solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects involving Marketing, Product, Data, BI, and Technology teams, with a strong focus on stakeholder management and driving alignment.
