Key Highlights
- Strategic Advising: Provide cultural insights and expert guidance on Arabic cultural norms, communication, and community values to optimize project design.
- Citizenship Programming: Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating citizenship projects for minority groups in the MENA region.
- Community Engagement: Facilitate trust-building and dialogue between the NGO and Arabic-speaking minority communities.
- Stakeholder Support: Conduct internal workshops for NGO staff to enhance cultural competency and awareness.
- Language Proficiency: Native or professional fluency in Arabic and high proficiency in English.
