Product Designer - B2B Web App - FS

Preferred Qualifications

• * Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, UX strategy, interaction design, and visual design capabilities.
• * Experience designing enterprise, SaaS, financial services, fintech, research, data, analytics, or workflow driven platforms.
• * Strong systems thinking approach with the ability to design scalable experiences across multiple products and workflows.
• * Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, and senior stakeholders.
• * Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to simplify complex user challenges.
• * Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• * Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, accessibility, and data-driven design methodologies.
• * Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-performance environments with a strong sense of ownership.
• * Experience designing AI-enabled products or integrating AI capabilities into user experiences is highly desirable.
• * Solid understanding of how design translates into front-end development and production environments.
• * Familiarity with modern product development processes and agile delivery practices.
• * Advanced proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.
