- Identifies and defines customer technical training needs and requirements.
- Will develop technical training proposals.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Prepreg and wet lay-up composite sandwich repair which includes:PreparationBaggingCuring – Hot Bonder
- Preparation
- Bagging
- Curing – Hot Bonder
- Experience interpreting commercial technical data including drawings, maintenance and operations manuals, and Boeing Structural Repair manuals
- Some experience conducting technical training and/or performing instructional system development
- Training development
- Composite non-destructive testing
- Composite material ordering and storage
- Composite repair lab development and maintenance
- Software skill - PowerPoint
