Job Description

Key Highlights

Manage onboarding and documentation for new hires (offer letters, joining formalities, background verification coordination).
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and personnel files.
Timely Manage & track contract extensions, amendments, and renewals in coordination with business and clients.
Manage associate exits including LWD confirmation, asset recovery coordination, and Full & Final settlement inputs.
Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Contract-to-Hire (C2H) / Deployed Employee Management
Client HR & Stakeholder Management
Contract Labour / Outsourced Workforce Management
Labour Contractor & Vendor Coordination
Knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and Statutory Compliance
Working knowledge of New Labour Codes
PF, ESI, Gratuity, Minimum Wages & Contract Labour Compliance
Employee Lifecycle Management for large/C2H workforce
Client-specific HR process and compliance management
Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills
