Job Description
The Software Engineer – AI & Security Technology is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting technology solutions that enable and enhance Physical Corporate Security operations. This role combines software engineering, AI/automation, reporting and analytics, database administration, and infrastructure support to improve security operations, access control, visitor management, video surveillance, executive protection, threat intelligence, and incident management capabilities. The successful candidate will develop custom applications, AI-powered solutions, integrations, dashboards, and automation workflows while supporting enterprise security platforms, databases, servers, and cloud-based services.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of software development experience with a focus on backend systems, automation, or AI-enabled applications
- 1+ years of experience with Python building AI workflows, integrations, APIs, and automation services
- 1+ years of experience designing and implementing agentic workflows, including triggers, decision trees, state management, and multi-step orchestration patterns
- 1+ years of experience integrating enterprise systems and third-party services through REST APIs and event-driven architecture
- 1+ years of SQL skills (queries, joins, data modeling, and performance optimization)
- 1+ years of experience building, deploying, and supporting production solutions through CI/CD pipelines while following security best practices and mitigating operational risk
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar services
- Experience developing AI agents that utilize tools, memory, workflow orchestration, and human-in-the-loop decision processes
- Experience processing and analyzing unstructured data including emails, support tickets, documents, transcripts, and call recordings
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, semantic search, and prompt engineering concepts
- Experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare, security, financial services, or other compliance-driven industries
