Key Highlights
- The medical face of the company. You are Abby Care’s clinical authority in payor meetings, on conference stages, and in published work. You bring clinical credibility to our work externally, partnering with payors, regulators, and industry leaders to build trust in a new model of care.
- C-level partnership. Direct reporting to the CEO and close collaboration with the executive team on commercial strategy, expansion, and fundraising.
- Define the category. Family caregiving as a clinical model is new. You will publish the evidence, shape the conversation, and set the standard.
- Cross-functional leverage. Work alongside our Heads of Payor Strategy, Product, and Tech to convert clinical outcomes into shorter sales cycles, higher win rates, and stronger rates.
- Advise the CEO and executive team on clinical strategy, care model evolution, and external positioning
