Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience leading change management for complex initiatives (e.g., transformation, technology, operating‑model change)
- Strong understanding of change management principles, tools, and methodologies
- Experience working in matrixed, global organizations
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence without authority
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent)
- 5-8 years experience supporting large‑scale commercial transformation or technology implementations (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRIS)
- Background in Transformation, PMO, Commercial or Strategy functions
- Data‑driven mindset with experience measuring adoption and change effectiveness
