Position Title: MEP Engineer – Fit-Out & Civil Works Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 10,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client:
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- - Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 6–10 years of relevant UAE experience and a valid UAE driving licence.
- - Strong experience managing MEP, fit-out, civil works, luxury villa renovations, landscaping, and swimming pool projects.
- - Proven experience on high-end villa projects, preferably in Dubai Hills Estate, Emirates Hills, or similar luxury communities.
- - Solid knowledge of Dubai authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence), with excellent site management and team coordination skills.
