Key Highlights
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic partners
- Drive affiliate performance growth across user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue contribution
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics and identify abnormal behaviors, risks, or growth opportunities
- Handle affiliate concerns professionally, including commission disputes, competitor poaching, and operational escalations
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Trading or quantitative trading background
- Experience in compliance, risk control, or partner due diligence
- Experience managing online communities or affiliate ecosystems
- Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin would be an advantage.
