Job Description

Key Highlights
- Own and govern the Global Operations strategic portfolio, ensuring transparency on priorities, progress, risks, resource allocation, and dependencies
- Lead the PMO team and take and active role in driving consistent project and program management practices and reporting across Global Operations
- Collaborate closely with functional PMOs, program and project managers, and key counterparts in DDI and R&D to strengthen alignment, governance, and delivery
- Own the reporting data foundation ensuring reliable and accessible data for performance management
- Enable self-service analytics and deliver dashboards and scorecards that support leadership decision-making
