Key Highlights

• Work alongside the Senior People Partner to fully embed the HRBP (People Partnering) model across our functions in a fully-remote, scale-up environment, with People Partners embedded into specific functions as trusted strategic advisors to SLT and managers.
• Act as a strategic sounding board for SLT and managers, always looking to understand the “why” behind a decision, pulling this back to our purpose, our members and our commercial goals, and leading with kindness throughout.
• Get under the skin of team and functional issues, diagnosing root causes rather than symptoms, and using this insight to amplify manager and team capability.
• Support the development and roll-out of capability frameworks (including feedback models, ways of working & role capabilities) as we move towards a High Performance model ER Advisory:
• Pick up ER casework as and when required, providing timely, pragmatic support to managers and employees through investigation processes and outcomes.
