Key Highlights
- You support our Global Operations team in the Digital Service Center by assisting with the improvement and standardization of operational processes across international teams
- Building on this, you contribute to the development of frameworks and best practices that define how digital services are designed, implemented, and delivered
- In addition, you coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Furthermore, you help translate business requirements into practical solutions by supporting product and tool-related activities, ensuring that our digital services provide real added value for our customers
- Education: You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, ideally in Management, Management and Technology, Digital Business, or a related field
