Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Java applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot,
Key Highlights
- Lead a team of Java engineers through the complete software development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Build secure, scalable, and high-performance RESTful APIs.
- Provide technical leadership by defining architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, security, and performance.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Capital Markets domain is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Java, Cloud, or Agile methodologies are an added advantage.
