Preferred Qualifications

• Responsibilities:
• - Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and UAE labor regulations.
• - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
• - Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
• - Manage exit formalities, exit interviews and the complete offboarding process.
• - Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws, within the HRMS system.
• - Organize and manage employee engagement initiatives and activities, and foster a positive work environment.
• - Develop and update employee handbooks and related HR documentation.
• - Provide guidance to employees and management on HR-related queries and issues.
• - Support management in addressing employee-related issues fairly and consistently.
• - Support the development of performance objectives, KPIs and appraisal processes.
• - Collaborate with payroll and benefits administration to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• - Identify opportunities to improve HR organizational processes and frequently report to management.
