Job Description
DEPT® is a Growth Invention company dedicated to helping ambitious brands accelerate their growth. We specialize in building software for leading global brands and are committed to a high standard of development. This includes prioritizing code quality through style guides, code reviews, and best practices to ensure rapid yet stable development. We also emphasize exceptional UI/UX, recognizing that aesthetics, usability, and speed are integral to a product's success. Collaboration is key to our project success, with effective communication being a primary driver of positive outcomes. We adopt a pragmatic approach, making informed trade-offs between cost, speed, and quality to deliver useful products efficiently. Continuous learning is fostered through various internal initiatives like craft show & tells, lunch & learns, workshares, and active global engineering Slack channels.
