Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager - Software deliveryPnr: 6001426Job Description:Lead a cross-functional delivery team (SME, UX, dev, test) delivering IDEX Proof of Value (PoV) projects globally. Y

Key Highlights

Plan and run multiple parallel PoV engagements from kickoff to handover.
Coordinate SME, UX, dev, and test resources across projects, balancing priorities and capacity.
Own scope and commitments per PoV - track what was promised vs. what is being built and delivered.
Partner closely with Sales throughout each PoV, supporting client communication and taking on delegated client-facing tasks as agreed.
Align with the broader IDEX development team to keep PoV work in sync with product processes, release schedules, and cross-team dependencies.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing multiple smaller projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail on scope and commitments.
Experience leading cross-functional teams (dev, test, UX, SME or similar).
Strong stakeholder communication and organizational skills, including working alongside Sales/account teams and larger engineering organizations.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global delivery environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Formal project management training is a plus but not required.
Nice to have:
Background in software delivery within energy/industrial sectors.
