- Understand the local specificities of the Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia market.]
- Manage Distributor to drive sales growth and profitability through strategic business planning, KPIs alignment, and operational support (forecasting, order management).
- Manage GtN, including pricing strategy, A&P budget allocation, and financial performance reviews to align with local objectives.
- Analyze sales, inventory, and promotional data to generate actionable insights and refine marketing/pricing tactics.
- Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global initiatives to local markets while monitoring competitor strategies and industry trends.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of progressive commercial/sales experience.
- Skills: Strong financial acumen (business/financial analysis), digitally savvy, and highly proficient in Google Suite.
- Mindset: Agile, resourceful, and results-oriented. Able to thrive in an ambiguous environment and build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% across the region.
