• - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate design with construction processes and ensure seamless project delivery.
• - Provide technical expertise and guidance to the design team, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• - Review and approve design documents, drawings, and specifications to maintain quality and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
• - Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor design implementation and address any design-related issues that may arise during construction.
• - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the design process and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• - Proven experience in a similar role within the fit out or construction industry, with a strong portfolio of successful design projects.
• - Proficiency in relevant design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other related applications.
• - Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a creative design team.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to effectively engage with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to resolve complex design challenges and ensure design integrity.
• - In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in the UAE.
• - A proactive and results-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality design solutions within project constraints.
