Key Highlights
- Own the running of People Operations across a globally distributed workforce, from employee queries and lifecycle changes to onboarding, offboarding, contracts, benefits and HR systems
- Partner with the wider People team to deliver key People programs such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, compensation cycles and probation tracking
- Own Masabi’s EOR and PEO relationships, ensuring that employment laws, compliance guidelines, benefits and local norms are addressed and followed throughout the global workforce.
- Build and improve processes, workflows, programs and self service experiences so they’re clear, consistent and easy to follow
- Keep people data accurate and useful, maintaining BambooHR, supporting reporting and giving the team visibility when they need it
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a tech or scaling environment, where processes are evolving and not fully built yet
- Familiarity with UK or EMEA employment practices
- Familiarity with HR systems like BambooHR, and confidence picking up new tools quickly
- Experience supporting remote or globally distributed teams
- Some exposure to vendor management, payroll inputs, benefits or EOR models
