Job Description
Wells Fargo is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Enterprise Risk, Audit, Finance, and Testing Technology team. Our organization is building enterprise software solutions that enable employees to manage some of Wells Fargo's most critical risk management functions. As part of this team, you will contribute to the design, development, deployment, and support of agentic and Generative AI-powered applications while working with technologies such as Python, React, JavaScript, and SQL. This role offers the opportunity to help deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that improve service quality, operational efficiency, and the overall technology experience for internal users.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ year of Python development experience
- 1+ year of React or JavaScript experience
- 1+ year of SQL database design and development experience
- 6+ months of experience developing Gen AI solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Java/Spring Boot
- Financial services industry experience
- Experience with enterprise scale technology platforms
- Expertise in SDLC and CI/CD
- Expertise in secure coding and vulnerability management
