Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- • Minimum 12 years of estimation experience, with a substantial portion in the Saudi Arabian / GCC construction market.
- • Proven track record estimating large-scale projects (high-rise, residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments).
- • Strong knowledge of Saudi market rates, local suppliers, subcontractors, and material costs.
- • Familiarity with the Saudi Building Code, municipality regulations, and local procurement practices.
- • Solid understanding of contract types (lump sum, unit rate, cost plus) and FIDIC conditions.
- • SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) membership required or obtainable.
- • Valid Saudi work eligibility (Iqama) or transferable status preferred
