Job Description

Working Student (f/m/d) Tax Mode of Employment: Fixed Term / Part-Time; (20 hours / week) Are you passionate about tax topics and eager to support Siemens Xcelerator Marketplace and digital platform m

Key Highlights

  • You support the tax team in handling tax-related questions regarding the Siemens Xcelerator Marketplace and other digital platform models
  • Building on this, you conduct research on international VAT, Digital Services Taxes (DST), e-invoicing requirements, platform taxation, and DAC7 regulations
  • You assist in preparing and maintaining overviews, process documentation, and compliance trackers to ensure transparent and up-to-date records
  • Furthermore, you help analyze new business models and contribute to the preparation of research results, presentations, and decision templates for management and project teams
  • Together with the team, you work on the digitalization and automation of tax processes, proactively bringing in your own ideas

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Taxation
  • Experience and Skills: You have a strong interest in international tax matters, digital business models, and the taxation of the digital economy You possess very good skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Initial experience in the areas of tax, accounting, finance, or consulting is an advantage, but not required
