If you are located in the Kraków and Rzeszów areas, you will need to work in-office at least 1 day per week.</em></p><p> </p><p>In this role, you are responsible for the overall management and performance of the travel operations including operational performance, client servicing and retention, employee management, and budgetary and cost management for a team of Travel Consultants. </p><p> </p><p><strong>As an Operations Manager, you will </strong></p><ul> <li>Review operations performance reports and provide direction to improve the performance of the operations against goals </li> <li>Serve as the primary liaison between the Account Manager and the operational staff </li> <li>Assist team efforts to move market share to BCD Travel preferred suppliers </li> <li>Provide team feedback, coaching and development through regular meetings, annual performance reviews and coaching </li> <li>Oversee and assist the team members in balancing priorities and managing their workload </li> <li>Hire new employees </li> </ul><p> </p><p><strong>About you </strong> </p><ul> <li>Extensive experience in the corporate travel management industry </li> <li>Sabre GDS skills required </li> <li>Prior budget and cost management experience </li> <li>Impeccable customer service and interpersonal skills </li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English</li> </ul><p> </p><p><strong>What we offer you</strong></p><p>At BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people.
