Job Description

We are looking for a Product Owner who is eager to learn, take ownership, and help shape how our teams build products that make a real difference.At Stadium, we’re building products that bring delight

Key Highlights

Collaborating with Product and Design teams to define product vision, priorities, and goals for specific modules or initiatives.
Maintaining and refining the product backlog with clear, actionable, and business-aligned user stories.
Supporting discovery, sprint planning, and delivery activities to ensure consistent execution.
Partnering with Operations, Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, and Design teams to understand workflows, challenges, and SOPs.
Identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or product improvements.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role within a startup or product-led tech environment.
Curious, analytical mindset with a strong desire to learn from senior product leaders while taking initiative.
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
Ability to understand both customer experience and internal operational workflows.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or analytics dashboards.
